The Gentle Exercise classes take place in Winchmore Hill on Wednesday mornings, starting at 11 am, and last for one hour.
The exercise classes are held in blocks of 6, with short breaks in between so please contact Eileen for the forthcoming dates.
Are you getting stiff, forgetful, slightly disabled or generally looking to keep fit? Help may be at hand as we have a dancer and experienced teacher who is running a weekly group for gentle exercises, or moving to music.
There is increasing scientific evidence that exercise uses many parts of the brain, improves memory as well as physical fitness and a sense of wellbeing.
