Yoga, Stretch and Mindfulness
Mindfulness and Gentle Yoga is run by experienced British Wheel of Yoga instructor, Gill Swain.
Yoga is about life and our body is our vehicle for living. The link between body and mind is the breath, which can help control a restless mind.
These classes include:-
- Exploring movement to make life easier and possible in our third age.
- The importance of stillness, of being rather than doing.
- Practising the lost art of relaxation.
We meet 11 am - 12:30 pm on Mondays at Rushall Village Hall
Cost: about £2 per session (to cover cost of the hall).
