Table Tennis

This group is one of the longest running groups within the Penicuik & District u3a. We play on Wednesday afternoons 3.30 – 5.00 at Ladywood Leisure Centre where we have excellent facilities with tables and balls provided for us. Table Tennis has been shown to be good for both mental and physical health and can be played all year round. We are a friendly group who all play in a fun environment. Come along and have a go. If you are unsure if this is for you, there are some bats available for new players although as you progress, you'll probably want to buy your own. Cost is only £3.00 per session.
