Some indoor groups such as line dancing can meet where this is permitted as an indoor exercise group and to ensure all the guidance is followed.
Risk assessments are carried out for all meetings whether outdoor or indoor setting out the activity risks and required outcomes. A copy of these assessments is sent before the meeting to every member who has registered to attend. We have procedures in place to ensure we keep all of our members safe and follow the latest Government guidance.

Core Meetings are held on 2nd Tuesday of the month These are at 1.45pm and are currently limited to 100 members and require pre-registration with the Membership Secretary.

Car Parking at Olton Friary When entering the car park please only enter the one with the raised barrier, there are plenty of parking spaces to the rear so please continue to the end. If you have things to carry please take them into the hall and then re-park your car. The parking at the front is reserved for parents of children in nearby schools. Thank you for your co-operation

1:45 -3:30 Doors open at 1.30 Volunteers are always welcome to set out chairs prior to the opening time.

We have a varied programme of visiting guest speakers. The meetings are aimed at bringing all members together, updating on events and activities. Visitors are more than welcome to attend twice before making the decision to join or not to join.
