French -Beginners and Improvers

The French Group meets every two weeks on a Tuesday (the 1st and 3rd of the month), usually at Lees Library. A former French teacher facilitates the enjoyable sessions. The main aim is to give group members greater confidence in conversing when they visit France or any French speaking country. We also learn the rudiments of grammar (Beginners) and refresh our use and knowledge of grammar (Improvers). Added to this we look at events happening in France and have watched a few French films.

There are now two classes: for * beginners, 1 45pm until 3.00pm; further stage French, 3.00pm until 4.30pm approx.

  • It must be noted that this class started as absolute beginners about 2 years ago and inevitably have been progressing ever since!

For more information about the classes please send a direct message by clicking on the blue bird on this page or phone 0161 626 6318 and I will be happy to advise you.
