Groups

To join any of the groups listed below, you must first become a registered member of Northwich u3a.

Members may join as many interest groups as they wish. Anyone can start a new group at any time - please contact the Groups' Coordinator via the Contact Page.

Groups vary in the way they operate. Some are taught by a group leader and some are self-help groups with a facilitator to manage the administration. The group leader doesn't have to be an expert in the subject area although for some groups this may be desirable (e.g. language subjects).

Some areas of the National website can only be accessed after you've become a registered member of a local group (please send query via the CONTACT page above).

We are keen to recruit more Group Leaders. If you'd like to know how you can get involved, please contact the Groups' Coordinator who will assist anyone wishing to set up a new group. Assistance with rent is offered for the first three meetings.
