The group meets on zoom only, on a Monday morning between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30p.m. approximately twice a month.
Our group is suitable for those with some knowledge of French who are keen to extend their vocabulary and practice some basic grammar, verbs, tenses etc. We usually start each session by giving our news in French and then learn some practical French using the magazine 'Rendez-Vous' for learners which involves listening, reading and translation.
A short homework task is set in order to practice translation into English.

French Revisited

'French Revisited' is a group of Francophiles who enjoy speaking and listening French using a variety of difference sources rather than one published publication. We find articles of interest from films, magazines, newspapers, books and the internet that lead to lively debates and discussions. People who have lived and worked in France bring first-hand knowledge and experience to the group. We meet each Wednesday from 2.00 - 4.00pm in each other's homes, when generally the host provides the focus for that week's activities.
