Meditation is the journey inwards, a journey of self-discovery, or in fact, re-discovery. Raja Yoga is a form of meditation that is accessible to people of all backgrounds. It has no rituals or mantras and can be practiced anywhere, anytime. The meditation focuses on transforming the thoughts in our minds which in turn brings peace of mind. This style of meditation is natural and easy because the emphasis is on that which is intrinsic in all of us such as love, kindness, joy. We sit comfortably on chairs, relax the body, gently watch the screen of the mind and bring in new, fresh, energising thoughts that will take us on a journey...
