In addition to membership of U3A, (currently £10 per annum), each session costs £1.00 which includes tea and coffee and biscuits.
Anyone interested is very welcome to simply turn up on the day; there is no need to register in advance.
If you'd like to brush up on your French skills by joining the group then the 16th January session will be a good time to start!
There is disabled parking outside the Museum but wherever possible, visitors are asked to park in the Gardiner Memorial Hall in the High Street and walk through to the Museum. There will be signs to show the way and the group will be meeting in the Tea Room.
The French conversation group has met throughout the winter, braving the cold and the mud to discuss a wide range of topics. We're welcoming a new helper in the lovely Monique but we're not quite sure whether the February and March sessions will be at the museum or elsewhere, so please keep your eye on your emails if you're already part of the group and contact Alison on 01223 513062 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
At the moment the next sessions will be the third Thursday of the month, 20th February, 19th March.
The tutor is Alison Giles who can be contacted through Burwell Museum
