Newcastle U3A Constitution
The constitution was approved by the members at our AGM on 11th February 2015.
There are two annexes to the new constitution: the Standing Orders and the Code of Conduct for New U3A Trustees. You will find links to both of them from this page.
There is also a Note to Revised Constitution which provides clarification of the terms of office of the non-Officer members and Officers of the executive committee.
