The group meets on 3rd Tuesday from 10.30am in Penboyr Village Hall.
Wondering what we play?
As well as traditional games like Playing Cards, Cribbage, Scrabble, Dominoes, Draughts, and Backgammon, we have a number you may not have heard of: Upwords, Mancala, Connect 4, Qwirkle, Tri-Ominoes, Sequence, Mahjong, Carcassonne, Ordleg, Continuo, Uno, Skip-Bo, and Rummikub.
Pretty much all of them only take a few minutes to learn and they really do keep the mind active.
We’re always happy to welcome new members and give training to anyone who might feel a bit nervous about taking the plunge with a game they’ve never heard of!
