Challenging Times!

How we are operating

As we emerge carefully from the Lockdown the Executive Committee will be looking at ways to run Groups and Meetings safely. In the meantime, our members are being resourceful in running online groups by Zoom and other virtual means. We have used the last 12 months to streamline the way we run our organisation including online membership renewals and group information. The EC are pictured in session during Lockdown and are looking forward to meeting properly soon!!

What are Newbury u3a doing for their members?

The basis of any u3a is the ethic of mutual help and friendship. When lockdown was announced in March 2020 we created our "Be Inspired" page which provides ideas and links for changing the pattern of each day to alert everyone to possible avenues of learning or enjoyment (or both at the same time!).
