Reading Shakespeare Aloud

The Reading Shakespeare Aloud group enjoys reading aloud the wonderful language of Shakespeare, which seems as relevant today as it did 450 years ago!

We decide between ourselves which play we are going to read and we frequently view a DVD of the play once we have finished reading it.

This is a group meant for enjoyment and you do not need to have great knowledge of Shakespeare or his works.

New members would be made very welcome!

  • MEETINGS: 2nd & 4th Friday in the month at 2.15pm
  • VENUE: Broadway House, Northbrook Street, Newbury

Lauraine, the Group Leader, would welcome your enquiries by clicking on "Send a Message" via the link on the right, phone the Office on 01635 760346 or email office@newburyu3a.com
