Tai Chi

Tai Chi combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with deep breathing and relaxation, using flowing movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, tai chi is now practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 10.00 am in the Sports Hall at Bloomfield. New members are always very welcome.
