Nairn

Reading

Group leader: Ann Nicol (01667 453159)

The reading group meets once a month on Thursday afternoons at the Nairn Community Centre to discuss the chosen book. Please arrive at 1:45 for a 2pm start. Because the group is too large to meet at a member's home, there will be a small charge per meeting to cover the cost of hiring a room.

Books are purchased for the group in bulk at the cheapest price available, usually second-hand and costing £3-6, but if you wish you can buy your own or request from the library. If you miss a meeting and would like a copy of the next book, please contact Pauline Ross on 01667 453537.

Projected meetings for the 2019/2020 season are (titles suggested by members of the group):

2019:

26 Sep The Gustav Sonata Rose Tremain
24 Oct The Secret Life Of Bees Sue Monk Kidd
21 Nov Human Traces Sebastian Faulks
