Italian Group 1
Our meetings are held weekly on a monday or thursday (usually) in the homes of group members. Currently, we have 3 members. We have studied the BBC "Talk Italian" Books & CDs and have progressed through Book 1 of ‘Italianissimo’. Along the way we have looked at any grammatical issues arising and spent time learning to conjugate most tenses. After the summer break we will be starting Book 2 of ‘Italianissimo’and other texts of interest. At each session, time is spent talking in Italian-however faltering!
All group members contribute to the learning process and provide information, ideas and material to enhance the sessions. Once a month we have a tutorial with an Italian teacher. We are a lively, enthusiastic, fun group and our Italian is improving!
