If you like cycling and good company then this is the group for you.
We meet twice monthly, on the 2nd Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. and the 4th Tuesday (February or March to October only) at 10:30 a.m. to cycle together for enjoyment and exercise. New members are welcome! All rides aim to finish by lunchtime. Rides will revert to once a month during the Winter as above.
Most rides will be no more than 10-12 miles and mainly on cycle tracks and through the New Forest (especially in Summer) and quiet country roads, with a mid-ride stop off at a pub or cafe. As some rides will not necessarily begin in Milford members will need to be able to transport their bike if they can't cycle to the starting point.
If the weather looks to be inclement on the day then the ride is likely to be cancelled. If so the Co-ordinator will post any cancellation notice by 9.00 a.m. on the day on this page so please check beforehand.
The co-ordinator would very much like to know of your interest beforehand so please contact him asap by using the Link on the right of this page if you wish to be included in the group. Any input from Members is most welcome as to new cycle routes.
Members taking part in physical activities are reminded that they do so at their own risk.
