Mid-Northumberland

Genealogy 2

Frequency4th Tuesday of month
Time 2.00 p.m.
Venue Various members' homes but also some visits
Group Co-ordinator Judith Curry

The ability within the group ranges from people who are fairly new to research, to those who have a wide range of experience.

Each year we plan our programme in advance, and try to incorporate topics which are of interest to the group and go on appropriate visits. For example, we have looked at The Poor Law Records and Bastardy Bonds.

Every 3rd month we have a catch up/brick wall session which we find interesting and invaluable. Those in the group with a wider knowledge of genealogy are always willing to give help and advice where necessary through discussion and one-to-one help.

New members are welcome at any time.
