‘Healthy living is the birth right of every human being’. Yoga has been increasing in popularity for several years. It is an extremely effective, beneficial form of exercise, both for body and mind. One of the great things about yoga is that anyone can take it up and benefit from it.

Benefits: Creates energy, improves stamina, fitness and concentration. Keeps the body flexible. Improves posture and delays aging process. Helps to reduce excess fat and improves circulation and skin tone. Mentally yoga calms the mind to control your emotions and promotes a positive happy attitude.
