Gentle walks (and a natter along the way) on relatively flat terrain for about 60 minutes with mini stops along the way to enable the group to keep together. We meet on various Mondays at 10:30am for walks around such venues as Capstone Park, Riverside Country Park, St Mary’s Island and parts of Rochester old and new. With the opportunity to occupy a table at a Café when the walk is completed if you wish.
