Photography
We are a group of people who enjoy taking digital photographs on a mobile phone or a camera. All abilities are welcome. Each month a topic is set by a member who won the photograph of the month, POTM, the month before. Then the following month we submit 3 or 4 photos each, on that topic to be shown, digitally, and then subsequently judged. We are also able to submit photos for discussion, learning points, advice or just as a favourite. At some meetings, members can lead a topic of interest or share their specific skills in a particular area.
In the past we have been able to hang a selection of our photos taken in the previous year in Market Drayton Library during Arts Festival Week each year.
We meet on each:
4th Thursday of each month (except December)
at the Beacon Community Centre,
Prospect Road,
Market Drayton
7pm to 9pm.
