March

Tin Whistle Learning

Covid-19 status - During the restrictions some of the Group have continued to meet the Group Leader on a 'one to one' basis using online application Skype which has proved to be very useful.

This Group was formed in September 2017 and it brings together those with an interest in learning to play the tin whistle. Lessons are conducted by the Group leader, an expert player, and is aimed to develop members' playing skills in a friendly, sociable atmosphere. All of the members started as novices and use an instrument in the scale of 'C'.

The venue is at the home of the Group leader in March with the provision of a light refreshment during the session.

If you would like to find out more about this group you can email the Group Leader (see right-hand panel above).

If you are interested in becoming a member of March U3A you can email from the main Contact page.
