March

Dressmaking

Covid-19 status - Because of the restrictions the Group didn't meet for a while. However, during 'lockdown' the group used Zoom every week. FaceTime was also used to help with a more complex sewing problem, which enabled one member to carry on with what she was doing at home. The Group has now split into two and meets in the leader's home, following the guidelines.

This Group offers help and guidance for all aspects of the craft of dressmaking.

Members have produced some excellent items under the guidance of the Group leader.

They normally meet at the home of the Group Leader with the host providing light refreshment during the three hour session, 10 am to 1 pm.

If you would like to find out more about this group you can email the Group Leader (see right-hand panel above).

If you are interested in becoming a member of March U3A you can email from the main Contact page.
