Who Do You Think You Are?
This is not so much a Group more of a service. I, Valerie Gobie, am offering my services on a 'one to one' basis, by arrangement, to anyone who needs help and/or advice on researching their Family Tree.
I can show you how to upload a free family tree maker to your computer which will remain private and not connected to the web.
I have done family research for going on 35 years now, going back to the 1600's. I've also broken down a few brick walls.

I have access to all the census records, now including 1921 and also the government's 1939 records, so you can see what work your relatives were doing with the onset of war. When you look at the 1911 and 1921 censuses you will see your ancestor's hand writing and signatures. Also the birth, death and marriage records with some documents showing the entry into the marriage books with the couples' signatures or cross if the person could not write.
We can work from my house or I can visit you at your convenience.
