March

Tai Chi Tigers & Dragons

Covid-19 status - Currently these Groups are completely inactive.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese “internal” or “soft” martial art, practised for its health giving and spiritual benefits. It is non competitive, gentle and generally, slow paced.

Both groups, the Tai Chi Tigers and Tai Chi Dragons, practice sequences created by Dr Paul Lam, learning step by step from his DVDs. He demonstrates each movement from different angles and runs through each lesson with his viewers.

The Tigers meet each Tuesday from 13.30 - 14.30 at March Community Education Centre
The Dragons meet each Thursday from 12.30 - 13.30 at March Community Education Centre.

This is a new venture learning together as a group.
At present there is a waiting list for both sessions.

If you would like to find out more about this group you can email the Groups Coordinator (see right-hand panel above).

If you are interested in becoming a member of March U3A you can email from the main Contact page.
