Theatre visits

Group Leader: Sheila Whalley.

Mansfield U3A members enjoy visits to local theatres mainly Theatre Royal and Royal Centre Nottingham to see a varied range of shows, always in stall seats.

We go to Nottingham theatres to see a show.

You can reserve a ticket and off you go.

If you have a blue badge, it's two for one.

That's a good deal, you should get it done.

If ten people go, money we save.

So join the group – perk-up, be brave.

If I book, there is no booking fee,

Put your name on the list if you are free.

Please note:
Contact the Theatre Visits Co-ordinator, (tel: 01623 453908) for any further information or to order tickets.
All payments to by cheque payable to Mansfield and District U3A at the monthly meetings, or to sent to my home address, 335 Berry Hill Lane, Mansfield NG18 4JB, by the date given at that meeting.
I book tickets for the Theatre Royal and Royal Centre Nottingham. Anyone can come. If you have any disabilities you can apply to the theatre for a number which will entitle you to two tickets for the price of one. This lasts for 3 years, I have the forms which you need to fill in.
If 10 tickets are sold, there is usually a group booking discount.
When I book tickets there is no booking fee.

Click on Theatre Visits where it says Links for a full list of plays we will visit.

However, the Theatre Royal and the Royal Concert Hall will be closed until further notice. Monies which have been paid for any of these cancelled events will be refunded eventually.
