What: A group of members interested in exploring and practicing Mindfulness* as a means to reduce stress, understand ourselves better and enjoy the world around us more.
*Mindfulness is the awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non judgementally, to things as they are - Williams, Teasdale, Segal and Kabat-Zinn (2007)
When: The last Tuesday in the month at 2 p.m. for 6 months then the Group will decide how they would like to proceed.
Where: At a member’s house in West Farleigh
