Welcome to Maidstone U3A

Welcome to Maidstone U3A. Maidstone U3A was formed in 1991 and continues to thrive with a wide range of activities for its members.

U3As are self-help, self-managed lifelong learning co-operatives for older people no longer in full time work, providing opportunities for their members to share learning experiences in a wide range of interest groups and to pursue learning, not for qualifications, but for fun. This is done through the Special Interest Groups. These are are listed on the GROUPS page with links to a more detailed page for each group that shows dates, times, contacts and resources under the headings of What, Where, When and How to Join. When any group becomes full a new one is formed from from the waiting list.
