Lawn Bowls

Leader/Contact : Jane Spendley

Bowls or lawn bowls is a sport in which the objective is to roll biased balls so that they stop close to a smaller ball called a "jack" or "kitty". It is played on a bowling green which may be flat or convex or uneven.

The group meets weekly from late April to September on Thursday afternoons from 2.00 - 4.00pm at Memorial Park, Tennyson Road Luton. There is a weekly charge of £2.50 for use of the green and equipment.
