At Long Eaton we have a range of Interest Groups plus a Monthly Open Meeting, on the third Wednesday of the month at the Granville Centre, where we can all meet together and occasionally enjoy an interesting speaker. Why not come along as a visitor to an Open Meeting to find out more about us, make friends and develop new interests?
To join any of the interest groups it is a requirement of the Third Age Trust that you first have to become a fully paid-up member of Long Eaton and District u3a.
Since we learn only for the pleasure of it, no qualifications are required to join and none are given. U3As such as ours, draw on the knowledge, experience and skills of their members to organise and lead various groups for the benefit of the membership.
