A G M Results
Following the recent ‘virtual’ A G M, I am pleased to advise you that all of the votes have now been received with 60 of you responding, which exceeds our quorum of 44.
All votes that were cast were in favour of all of the decisions detailed on the Voting Paper, which were duly approved, and no additional questions were raised.
Accordingly, there will be no need for a meeting to be held on 2nd September.
I would like to thank all of that voted and for the support that you have given.
David Barradell, Chair
