Littleborough is a small town situated in the foothills of the Southern Pennines.
It has easy road and rail links to Manchester and Leeds, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
The " Jewel in the Crown" of Littleborough is Hollingworth Lake, which feeds the Rochdale Canal, which passes through Littleborough centre.
Littleborough u3a was launched in 2014 after an Inaugural meeting held on 22nd September. We now have over 300 members. We are one of 1,050 branches in the UK, and part of a National organisation.
