This group has been in existence since 2014. It has been successful in helping/supporting members with relaxation techniques and in particular looking at everyday issues such as how to deal with sleeping problems, confidence building, self esteem, assertiveness, plus many more. These things have been exacerbated due to the last two years, especially the loneliness that lockdown has caused people. However, the group have brought together many ideas of how to cope and address these and as a group we have found that, through discussion and support from each other, people have found positive ways forward.
We meet on the last Thursday morning of every month at 10.30am, and look forward to meeting new members who want to experience and learn about meditation/relaxation amongst likeminded people.
