Bones for Life
Convenor: Jean Stone
A programme of simple movements that increase all-round awareness and ability. It encourages innate body intelligence to fix yourself by making positive changes in balance, body alignment and posture, so increasing self confidence. For any age, any condition, it is gentle, fun and relaxing, with strengthened bones as a by-product.
When: 10.30am, 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, at the Synagogue of the Leicester Progressive Jewish Congregation, 24 Avenue Road, Leicester LE2 3EA.
