Come and enjoy the benefits of this gentle, yet powerful, sequence of movements.
Though developed as a 'Soft Martial Art' in China, it is used in the West principally as an exercise system to stimulate both mind and body, and can be practised, to advantage, by virtually any age group.
You do not have to be particularly fit, it is not competitive at this level, and requires no special kit other than soft, comfortable clothing and footwear. Track suit and gym shoes are ideal, but the aim is to be able to move easily without resistance.
Each session with start with a 20-minute warmup, 30 minutes of Tai Chi, followed by 10 minutes of well-being discussion by the group.
