This group introduces the practice and philosophy of T’ai Chi. It provides an opportunity for gentle low-activity exercise as part of a calm moving meditation, encouraging a possible improvement in posture, strength and increased mobility.
Group capacity is being kept to a maximum of 6. If you would like to join our group, we will put your name on a waiting list and, when numbers are sufficient and we can find a new leader and venue, we will set up a second group.
