Both Groups meet in the Burgage hall
This new group introduces the practice and philosophy of T’ai Chi, led by an experienced teacher. It provides an opportunity for gentle low-activity exercise as part of a calm moving meditation, encouraging a possible improvement in posture, strength and increased mobility.
