Contact Leader Modern History Discussion

Our group, which has been running for some years, is pleased to be welcomed under the umbrella of Ledbury & District u3a. We meet for 12 sessions a year, generally once a week, between October and February, with a break for the Christmas/New Year period.

The format is for group members to prepare a talk and help prompt discussion on a subject of particular interest to them, focusing mainly on the period from the nineteenth century to the present day.

We do not expect new members to do this in their first year. All that is required is a questioning mind and an interest in history! The group is currently full, but if you would like to join our group, we will put your name on a waiting list, and when numbers are sufficient and we can find a new leader and venue, we will set up a second group.
