Some members are finding themselves less mobile than they would like but are keen to keep walking. This group is for them. We have a short amble, usually in and around the Town centre, followed by a cafe stop. We usually meet at the Co-op car park to begin our walk, but we occasionally meet a little further afield. Our walks will be very short - less than a mile - so that even those with mobility issues will have the chance to get outside and enjoy some fresh air in good company.
Our group remains popular, and we generally have a good turnout twice a month.
