Mindfulness and Meditation

The group meets once a month on the fourth Wednesday of each month, from 10 to 12 am. The aim is to explore and practice a variety of Meditations. To evaluate and understand Mindfulness and to appreciate how it links to meditation. No experience of Meditation is required. The group meets at a member’s house.
