Kings Norton & District

Membership subscriptions will expire on 31 March 2020, and all current members are invited to make arrangements to renew their membership. There is a long renewal period - so there’s no need to panic - and there are a number of ways you can renew your membership as well as different ways in which you can pay. Membership renewal will be available for a 9 week period from the General Meeting of 3 March until the Annual General Meeting of 5 May. This year no membership renewal forms are necessary unless your details have changed or if you wish to change your preferences. This makes the process much quicker and easier for you.

To get you started, here are the main options:

Option 1 – To pay at the General Meeting of 3 March or 7 April. This can be by debit card or cheque, but we will not be able to take cash for membership renewal.

Option 2 - Online renewal through this Website. Click onto the Privacy Statement (in the side panel) to view before proceeding to click the "Renew Online" button. This directs you to a PayPal site where there is an option to pay by debit card as a guest or by PayPal if you have an account. You will need to choose the Individual class of membership unless you are already a member of another U3A in which case you will be an Associate.

Option 3 - By direct bank transfer. We will continue to publish the U3A bank account details (see below) and members should inform the Membership Secretary that payment has been made so he can update the records accordingly.
To renew membership for 12 months is £14 for an individual (or £10 if you are a member of another U3A). You can pay by:
(i) Debit card (not credit card) at the March and April General Meetings
(ii) Bank Transfer to Sort Code 20-45-45 and Account 03367851
(iii) Cheque payable to “Kings Norton and District U3A” and sent/handed to the Membership Secretary
(iv) Online from 3 March through the Website
