Poetry Too

We meet from 2-4pm on the first and third Friday of every month.

The aims of Poetry Too are to enjoy reading a wide range of poetry in good company. Members may volunteer to compile a selection of a given poet's work, or we may all locate and bring a couple of poems on a given topic (e.g. winter). We also occasionally use an anthology, such as the Bloodaxe publication "Being Alive". Those who are willing then take turns in reading the poems out loud, and we all discuss the material, and life in general, over a cup of tea and biscuits.

The group is currently full.
