Music Appreciation (MAG)

The first meeting after the relaxing of COVID restrictions was on 28 April 2022 on the topic of "Female Composers". Earlier in the year, Susie Nicholls had taken over from Mike Gurr as leader of the Group and had organized this meeting.
There are still eleven members on the books. We are grateful to those who have generously hosted meetings in the past. We meet on the last Thursday of the month.
The subject of the October meeting was Ludwig van Beethoven. Mike Gurr gave a talk, accompanied by extracts from his music, on how and when his compositions changed during his life.
