Golf
This is not so much a Special Interest Group but rather a sporting/ social event open to all Members of the Inverness and Black Isle U3A.
Traditionally held annually at Aigas Golf Club, it is an all day event comprised of teams of two, (drawn by my wife Dee) playing nine holes in the morning and nine in the afternoon, followed by a meal in The Priory Hotel in Beauly.
Thought is being given to making the event twice yearly and incorporating a nine hole competition for those who don’t wish to play eighteen holes, so watch out for notices for events in the Spring and Late Summer.
