Gentle Yoga Experienced
Yoga is suitable for everyone. It improves posture, balance, strength, mobility & flexibility which are all important as we age. It also helps to calm the mind and reduce stress.
We learn the basic elements of yoga: breathing Techniques, simple seated exercises, some standing postures, concentration & relaxation to improve our physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.
The aim is to work with your body, not against it, and at your own level. We don’t tie ourselves in knots or get down on the floor.
Suitable clothing – a comfortable top & trousers.
There is a small charge each session to cover hire of the room, we meet at the Conservative club in Hunstanton
