Creative Writing
We are an informal group that writes for pleasure but would also like to hone our skills.
We meet on the second Tuesday of the month from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 at the Hoylake Community centre.
We write in a variety of genres - short stories, poems, limericks, reports - and encourage all members to make suggestions.
We start the session with a 10-minute task, then read out our stories that we have written on the topic set the previous month.
We do try to vary the type of writing that we do and we have a lot of fun, althugh we take our writing seriously.
