Brian is a local professional photographer. His talk covers history, landscapes and wildlife of some of the worlds remotest but most unique and beautiful places.

Louise has over 17 years experience and has trained and operationally handled hundreds of dogs in various specialist disciplines, from explosive detection, live body, cash/tobacco and drugs detection for border control and the police UK and abroad.

Increasing her expertise she also has trained and handled in a massive variety of wildlife detection roles, including; bat carcasses at wind turbine sites, the entry and exit point of mice in a building to help with pest control , Ivory, lion skins and Pangolin scale detection for wildlife crime and smuggling prevention in Gabon, great crested newt detection for Amphibian Wildlife Conservation Project, cheetah scat in South Africa.

Thu Sep 2nd Drugs in top flight Sport, part 2, by Distinguished Academic Dr Mottram at 14:30.

If conditions permit, it is anticipated that we may be able to hold this meeting in The Hope Church.

Dr Mottram will talk about his work educating Athlete Support Personnel, Undergraduates and Healthcare Professionals on drug use in top flight sport.
His talk will focus on key stages in the evolution of doping and anti-doping in sport.

This is the second part of this subject, the first part being presented on 1st April.
