Racketball
Racquetball is an activity requiring a degree of excercise, but to enjoy both the physical and social benefits of the game, it is probably better to be moderately fit. Based largely round the rules of Squash, the key difference between the two sports are ; squash uses a narrower, longer racquet to hit a smaller, slower ball inside the lines of the court whilst Racquetball uses a shorter, wider racquet to hit a larger, bouncier ball around a bigger court. However, as we only have indoor squash courts available for our use we are forced to play with bigger balls, bigger racquets but in a smaller space. So one important rule when playing in a restricted space is to be aware of the other player's position. Decapitation is not one of the skills required when playing racquetball.
Squash is the older game, developed in the UK. Racquetball dates back to 1950s and was created in USA. It is a lot less aggressive than squash but a lot more fun chasing a frisky bouncing ball around a confined space.
