Horncastle

Pilates

Pilates is a gentle form of exercise suitable for men and women of all ages.
There is one group exclusively for Horncastle U3A members with expert teaching from Tracey Job. The session is held at the Methodist Church Hall in Queen Street on Wednesday morning 11am. This session involves both standing and floor exercises. An exercise mat and towel or small cushion are required but other equipment is provided by Tracey. The cost is £5, paid to Tracey on the morning.
For those less mobile there is a Chair Pilates session of 40 minutes at 10am. This costs £4.50 and is open to all.
The exercises are extremely beneficial for everyday living. They help to keep us mobile and functioning. There are a few places available for both sessions.
Please contact Yvonne Mckay (group leader) for more information.
