Horley & District

Events

It is still not clear when events involving large numbers of people (such as monthy meetings or study days) might resume. We have now cancelled our monthly meetings up to the end of August and will review the situation monthly.

Our Monthly Meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month (except July and December) at the Regent Hall, Albert Road, Horley, starting at 2pm. Free to U3A members, £2 to non-members. A full list of speakers at the meetings is below. A downloadable version of this list is available by clicking the link on the right.

Please note that most social events will have a cut-off date for payment. We regret that no refunds can be made once that cut-off date is reached.

Study Days are organised by the Surrey Network and are held at the Menuhin Hall, Cobham, Surrey, starting at 10am. These events are very good value at £10 for the whole day (£12 for non-U3A members). These days are very popular so pre-booking is a must. Please note that the subject of the March Study Day has been changed and is now The Geography and Landscapes of the South East.

The Third Age Trust address is 52 Lant Street, London SE1 1RB and their telephone number is 020 8466 6139. Their website can be accessed by pressing the U3A symbol at the top of the page.
