We meet weekly, at the Hope Sports Club outdoor gym (opposite Hope Valley College), on Tuesdays.
We meet in the Hope Sports Club Pavilion at 9.15 a.m. for stretches then at 9.30 a.m. at the outdoor gym for a nice gentle workout followed by coffee at a local cafe.
You can just come along to join us for coffee if you have an injury that prevents you from exercising. If you want to exercise more (or less) it's entirely up to you, because you can use the outdoor gym at any time.
LATEST NEWS: We are resuming on Thursday 3 Dec 2020 following the end of the current Covid-19 lockdown. Thereafter, we will return to our regular Tuesday morning meetings under Tier 3 restrictions. All meetings will be held according to Government guidelines. I will bring disinfectant spray and cloths to wipe down the equipment. Please bring hand sanitiser for your own personal use. We are limited by the rule of 6, which is at present our usual group size. We will maintain 2 meters separation at all times.
